TP, Kraft once said 5-6 years ago; The "CHS is ours," then it was often mentioned that "Their" products will have a storage capacity from 3-5 times what is available at that time! Many of us thought, here we go again, more talk no action! That was the first time I felt manipulated by a Penny CEO! I so much wanted CRTG to succeed, but was so disappointed with all the talk, especially after the NDSU debacle, I no longer trusted them! And I felt justified because it happens so often in the Penny area! I don't know if they will ever succeed, as the phenomenon of finding another project to work on after the first failed venture, is rarely successful! Maybe they are working with the best of intentions, but to succeed in a new TECH venture is hard to do, maybe impossible! At least with the working relation with NDSU to market the CHS, I was led to believe that they owned the patent rights to the CHS, not as just A licensee! My mistake I guess!
