If we hold and he manages to get big investors on board, then we're golden.

The late financials is pretty weak though. Ever since TPTW dropped off OTCQB, he hasn't been concerned in the slightest about filing on time. I think the 10Q is gonna look good with IST revenues and I thought it would get the party started so it sucks its late.

I believe ST3 will pull it off in the next couple of months... or sooner. The vertical construction loan will kick things off in a huge way. Then things like the MATOC contract, VuMe, Digithrive, and others will follow suit.

I still believe Ghana is in the works and knows with India but General Wharton is no joke imo, same with the other board members in charge over there.
