So the esteemed CEO is not filing to prevent noteholders from bailing on their shares which would tank the stock price even more.

And people think that is a good move? LOL
Well I guess it is better than the kiddie influencers, flag football and tinctures.

.It would be better to just rip the bandaid off of this wound and move on.
