That's good you got the silver ones and the proof sets. But the business strikes meant for circulation are all over the place. There may have been a small window to sell these regular State quarters but at that time I was not even thinking about it. I had 40 sets if I felt like buying the folders and doing the work to assemble them all. But one of the States would have had a different mint mark anyway. Nowadays they don't sell, and everyone and their brother has them for sale. Come to think of it I have a few BU State quarters I swapped out and kept. Forgot what State they are but they have what I call MOTTLING. Really poor strikes on the back design and look like crappy work on the dies used. Not sure if they are worth anything of value. Will have to check one day. I may also still have one of those CACTUS BLOBS too on one design. Forgot which State that is also. LOL
