Total share count was 111.8 mil end of 2022.
Total share count as of record date 3/28/2023 was 114 mil

Jim has sold 2.2 million shares this year at prices likely around $5 while the company has cash on hand through April 2024.

If there are deals and partnerships around the corner why is he doing this?

At what point is this considered a conflict of interest? Selling shares along with shorts just in time for their option bonus awards - nice work!
