Might just be the OTC processing time delay. I looked through the tier changes from Limited to Current the last few days, SEC filers are moving next business day. OTC Alternative reporters are taking 7-10 days from what I am seeing.

Yes that's how it is. SEC filers are current the next day because these filings won't get reviewed by otcmarkets, otherwise they could not be current the next day, different with alternate filers and I have also seen examples where it takes 4-6 days, crazy but true. Of course the wild card is if they have to amend it again for whatever reason, that I don't know.
