Might just be the OTC processing time delay. I looked through the tier changes from Limited to Current the last few days, SEC filers are moving next business day. OTC Alternative reporters are taking 7-10 days from what I am seeing. So could be tomorrow or Friday hopefully, maybe as late as Monday.

The form is right and they have everything to meet the requirements from what I can tell.
