Nobody is "keeping the price low" except the company not being worth the ask price. This company only traded 2.8 million yesterday because there were 2.8 million buyers who were willing to pay around $0.55.

The SP has dropped %50 since TLD because TLD was horrible and the trial is a failure by any metric except those of bagholders.
