I think he can afford a personal assistant now to handle his mail and phones. It might be worth trying again (or for the first time). If his yacht is within cell coverage range and he is nott off-boat diving, he might even take a call, just for laughs. One thing that Billy knows is that there are winners and losers in life, and he was determined to be one of the winners.

At the very least, a certified letter (or greeting card) congratulating him on his financial success is in order. He may share some of the photos of his next trip sailing the Greek isles or scuba diving the Great Barrier Reef. Billy has a fabulous life ahead of him with tens of million$ even after tacks.
