I agree with you on this issue 5under. Every single projection going back to the beginning of the SOACT Network has missed its target by a longshot. Every prediction made by Halpern has turned out to be off the mark as well.

SEC filings have been riddled with deception and are currently under examination. The recent 8k was a dime store novel of the worst variety, designed to portray Halpern as the victim of a made for TV conspiracy and collusion event that never happened.

Lashing out at shareholders who question the veracity of Halpern’s “broken promises and failed predictions” is just another misdirection play in this long saga.

Using the angel investor, who bailed him out at every turn, as a financial punching bag, and then defaming him on social media was the last straw for me.
