Be careful what you wish for. Any buyout price will have to be calculated with the OS as of now AND all those shares that will be converted from all those family loans that came due in 2022 and coming due in 2023 and 2024. According to my calculations from financials there were over $5,000,000 in notes that matured in 2022. Most of which were family, investor financiers (RS) and key executives (KN). Those, most likely all contained the 50% discounted price with conversion to stock and must have been extended due to lack of funds and authorized shares to accommodate maturity. In 2023 there were/are over $3,600,000 due and 2024, over $1,600,000. So all of those converted shares must be added to the OS when figuring a sales price. At present price as of now (.0004) with 25 billion, the sales amount would be $10,000,000. High for what sales were reported, but possible. Not sure how happy all other stockholders would be with that other than family. Now for some that are hoping for a penny sales price, that would be $250,000,000. Definitely not realistic with these reported sales. Again this is with the OS as of NOW, BUT much more will have to be added to that for calculating when all these notes mature. And that does not bode well for the common investor to reap any significant return on their investment. So not so sure that any should be hoping for a company sale. Of course, other than family. AIMO

All should see financials for verifying any information and never trust anyone without researching.
