Yep, any hope for investor success IMO lies with what happens with SO MANY of those note/loan to stock deals the family has amassed. This IS 'the elephant in the room' and a heavy weight on the potential of any serious rise in the stock price. The only ones that can rectify this situation is 'the family' as they control the majority of those notes that convert to stock at 50% discounted price. RED FLAG for sure! But don't hold your breath IMO of anything changing that dire situation for all other stockholders, as it was devised originally for THEIR PERSONAL benefit.
