Excessive options
Failure to plan trials efficiently as to timeframe and analysis
Constant delays
Disregard for shareholders - no voice
Lack of NDA to seek approvals
Lack of candor and transparency

Hope some will join - it’s about sending a message and this is the only time we can do it
