A biopharma partner would not be concerned with having an independent chairman of the board. Partners deal with operating management.

This is about governance and finally dealing with the fact that Missling is now more of a liability than an asset. The guy has had free rein to do as he pleases, to the detriment of shareholders. If Anavex is to have a chance at real success, Missling must be replaced.
