You're right. Investors will actually contact DTII directly to invest in the company, where day traders will purchase DTII issued public stock via the OTC Market through their brokerage account. For every seller, there is a buyer; how day trading works. Of course the issued and outstanding is going to raise, as transactions in DTII stock are stated in DTII's 10Q and 8K, as all properly reporting companies do in their filings. 1.4-million out of 600-million authorized is a drop in the bucket.
