Great find, Blar. Critics will like this as it is now easier for Anavex to get rid of TGD as he will reports to someone, i.e., the Chairperson of the Board.

To me, it is a sign that the Board knows the Company's growth is imminent and it needs a governance and management structure that spreads the responsibility, decision making and knowledge. Additionally, the Chairperson will likely participate in the cc's. No more, one man shows.

IMO, this is positive news to all who are focused on Anavex.
