Can we expect a statement regarding the lawsuit once a judgment has been issued?

It is impossible for me to answer your question, but I have to figure our CEO will determine what the right timing will be when UNDR needs to issue a proper commentary to shareholders when the lawsuit has been finalized and updates need to be shared.

Should investors just watch for a pacer update to know the status of any ruling?
