This may be a question of semantics, but bear in mind that at the present time KTM and ACM are considered part of Wave's ETS portfolio, or will be when officially released.

I would expect any licensing of ETS to MSFT would be for "basic" ETS only, like the Intel bundling for example.

I do think that if MSFT licenses basic ETS for Windows XP, that it would be an incredible marketing tool for ETS Premium Services.
