The OTC Markets disclosure requirements have changed, and financials will post when attorney ensures company that it meets all disclosure requirements. Soon.



The question is what changes to OTC reporting requirements is he talking about. The information you keep posting is not new and has always been required. See these links for examples of the new guidelines versus the old ones.
