Annual Meeting

Just read the proxy material on the SEC website. It appears the only votes are concerning ratifying the board members and the accounting firm. The compensation information was interesting.

It doesn’t list any other areas to be discussed. I was considering going to the meeting but don’t know what information would be gained. Can anyone enlighten me?
