Well, we know DBMM and Linda Perry have no problems with performing RS's.

If they need to get the share price over $.01, there's no doubt in my mind that an RS would be considered.

I've no doubt that if the share price being below $.01 is preventing DBMM from being up listed? Then an RS will be considered, as a way to make a move to OTCQB possible.
