Share issuance came from CD financing and conversion during the Great Recession. Company resolved no more financing via Convertible Debentures , and no more conversions after 2016. Facts, not conflation.

IMO seems like the Company made the decision with its LTIs to deal in cashflow financing. Since 2017 and now through the NASDAQ objective.
