Because an RS is about to happen and the price is going to be fiddled with by market makers and "short" term investors right up until the RS buzzer rings.

If people buy into the hype too early they will lose their tails and freak out when the share price does its last dip and rise before the RS happens.

Market makers are banking on this idea because they can short the early hype and watch it fall, the problem is it may not recover if it goes too high too early.

But thats just my experience from previous RS's, such as when WCVC was stapled to do it.

Personally id say wait just a little longer, it feels like one last dip will occur (how low it goes i have no idea but i expect it to reach trip 0's one more time)
