I think I will call the IRS on tuesday and speak with someone knowledgeable on this FRAUD subject. I will run the WHOLE senerio of the FRAUD KNOWN as NAKED SHORTING by them and have them give me a ruling on it. I will let the board know when I get a comment from the IRS.
