Um... that was exactly what Karim and thero said. I don't think you understand why cprx was successful. The sp was useless at $1.00 to do public offerings, now $17 they can do small share public offerings for many multiples of the sp at $1.00. Your thinking is exactly why amrn failed. Start a buyback, wait till the sp is at $17 or $20 and then, and only then do small incremental offerings as needed.
Sp needs to be much higher and that's why your thinking with thero and Karim will continue to fail.
