EMGE Annual report due by April 17, 2023. I bet Jim is tied up trying to get the Fins finished and filed on time. Also CNGT is working on audited fins and hopefully we hear something on that front as well. Unfortunately CNGT changed accountants/auditors in December 2022 and delayed that process. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/EMGE/disclosure
