Yes, all ears! That does not answer my question. Becoming profitable does not solve the problem of 'no authorized shares' to accommodate distribution of common stock to the note holders. My question was 'WHERE are they going to get those shares'. They will have to raise the A/S to do that, correct? I don't see any other way they can satisfy the conversions, without raising the A/S. That was my point, NOT profitability. Continuous profitability will solve many financial problems, but it will not produce more stock 'out of thin air'. And $48 grand a quarter is not going to generate profitability. Just saying!
