Question: What does "Change of Control" constitute? KM is claiming that severance and stock options are granted because there was a "Change of Control." When a BOD's is refreshed with new Directors and old directors resign, is this really COC? It's not like Pfizer took control, it's just new folks sitting on the board. Right? It's not a hostile takeover. It's a changing of The Guard, not a new company. That's my opinion anyway.
