Never seen a penny stock CEO pay to mail a Presort First-Class Flat to shareholders announcing the first forward split, did you?

It came as water proof snail mail.

Just saying.

Why would George bother doing that, if there wasn't something coming here?

I have it in 3 brokerages. 2 chose to do Snail Mail, and the other chose to do Email.

I do bulk mail for a living, and I've never seen this type of activity.

There are cheaper ways of doing it.
