Based on that letter, pretty sure he was fired. Big wig voluntary departures are generally announced in advance. Most likely the paltry $300k funding was the last straw. Outstanding shares went up 3/31 by a similar amount of his restricted shares. Sure looks like those dumps, mainly monday, were him, probably a severance. Hopefully with the agreement WLAN retains the patents. Those insiders own half. They need a big share price with huge volume to get out. Tony wasn't getting it done. Hopefully they make another PR before Monday to reassure investors.
