Daniel J. Sobolewski past CEO of South Beach Spirits, Inc (SBES), claims to be a merger specialist of the OTC. Not sure what he has done besides sell OTC shells none of which have done anything for shareholders. Look at SBES and NGCG...they have done nothing!!! Maybe his specialty is selling shells so he and the new owners can dilute the existing shareholdes by selling shares taking the money and moving on. All this is just my opinion.
