1. What IS inexcuseable is the lack of information since the 15c process started.

This is your opinion. In my opinion, I think Don has been fair with his updates so far. Let's be real, there hasn't been anything to inform us of, so what more can one expect? Just because we're not happy with the results so far does not mean he hasn't been informative along the way. Too many people are mistakenly blaming Don for the delay. Don has no control over the 15c211 process.

2. the non existent dividend

I'm not sure what you are talking about? Don has addressed this: http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/070214/0215273.html

3. the merger that didn't happen.

I assume you are referring to the CIRU deal. Do you guys seriously believe the 15c211 process is taking so long due to a lack of effort on Don's part? This should be a no-brainer. This process should not take this long or be under such scrutiny, so I am of the belief that it is the shorts using their influence to stall this. In Don's frustration with this, he saw an opportunity to circumvent the 15c211 process with the CIRU deal. After embarking down this new path, he was confronted with more resistance (also influenced by shorts). Don realized this and figured the only way was to plow through the original plan of the 15c211. There is no way to verify any of this, but this seems like a logical sequence of events.

4. All this, plus the delay in getting back to the Pinks makes Don look like a typical penny stock snake oil salesman

Nobody expected this to take this long and nobody is happy about it. Don told shareholders, while we were still on the pinks, he had no idea how long this process would take. Everybody had an opportunity to sell if they didn't want to wait, so nobody is still holding this against their will. I think if people are really honest with themselves, take a step back and look at the big picture, they would realize that Don is working in the best interest of shareholders....what's good for us is good for Don in this case.

It makes no sense why so many people are getting so upset. First, the whining has no affect on the outcome. Second, it's been almost 4 months since we're on the greys and Don is STILL working on getting us back to the pinks and ultimately force a squeeze. Think about it, if Don was the "typical penny stock snake oil salesman" you accuse him of, why is he still working at this? Seems like a lot of frustration to go through for NOTHING.

For all of you people who have nothing better to do than bash Don, please email him with your ideas on what he should do to expedite the 15c211 process.
