Yes, it 'may' get them to the next point...but remember, all of those other guys with huge money into this...have done similar things in the past and are heavily heavily underwater. This is no guarantee of anything. IMO this move is akin to the old Dahl statement of "well, at least the doors are still open". (this one thrown in just for Amigo...as I know it was his favorite of all Dahl statements. lolol smile )

Also, confirmed my exact sentiment...the raise is undoubtedly still coming. It has to for all the reasons you gave. This is no more than a placeholder to bridge a gap...so aptly named.
