Must wonder when this whole MJ market will get its footing. Fighting major over supply and the black market. Real crimes have no enforcement these days so I can't see much changing on enforcement concerning "wacky Tobacky" anytime soon. There's lack of an end game in this market so the wild wild west continues. The legal side of the MJ industry seems to rely on honest people remaining honest (at three times the price) Not a good strategy.
