I thought the multiplier was a bit low(1.4)....based on revenue. Maybe the margins were not as healthy...but I always viewed this entity more like a software model. Maybe the legal side was expensive...eh? I have a feeling that they were paying themselves back just like BLPG...as well.

Again, the market is total shite'....and they came up with a win in this climate.
