Traderfan...my interpretation of the QMEI article translation......

Thanks for providing this link here, I did click on it and then clicked on the translation but on that page there is no reference to Nasdaq or where QMEI is trading at right now. Can you tell me where did you get this from? Maybe you had a different site of translation?

My statement about the article mentioning plans for QMEI to uplist comes from my interpretation of that sentence I placed in bold. The verbiage/structure of the entire paragraph makes me about 99.9% sure that the sentence is a reference to QMEI......

The gold operator in the international retail market under the cooperation framework has been listed on the US Growth Enterprise Market, and plans to transfer to the NASDAQ main board in the near future. Besla Company, which is controlled by it, has more than 1,000 tons of gold mines to be mined.

Translations of Asian articles can be incredibly confusing. So sometimes I think it becomes a bit of an "art form" that requires piecing together bits of information and trying to interpret them. Educated guesses to some degree. I am fairly confident that the phrase "listed on the US Growth Enterprise Market" is a reference to the OTC Market.

This article below is accompanied by the longest video coverage of the meeting/agreement that I have seen (no transcript/translation available)......

QMEI currently owns 27.27% of Besra Gold. Around June 20 QMEI is scheduled to receive another 11.1M shares of Besra, bringing its ownership position up to 29.7%. It looks like Besra Gold closed the trading week at a market cap of roughly US $45.3M (up more than 400% in the last 2+ weeks). So QMEI's position in Besra is currently worth roughly $12.3M. Using the last verified share structure (March 13), QMEI's market cap is currently under $14M, valuing QMEI's current business operations at well under $2M.

I'm not sure how everything is going to play out here, but with those kinds of numbers I would think QMEI has a chance to become somewhat interesting.
