"Be Careful"

Anyone have any thoughts on this strategy ??

Well, that's some pretty detailed options work. Way beyond me. I just bought small numbers of AVXLs back a number of years ago at much lower prices. I have a few thousand shares at an average cost basis of $4.48. From time to time I post some anticipated or hoped-for eventual AVXL share prices --- after things break for Anavex. Of course, I see share prices then to be multiples of a twenty-spot.

But one exceptionally astute and frequent poster, even though I didn't ask for "his thoughts," came right out and said that I "should be very careful." Wow! I had a hard time sleeping that night. I might lose the several thousand dollars I spent and have tied up in my AVXL position.

So, yes, I'm "being careful." I'm just sitting around here being educated (well, entertained) by the majority of naysaying posts each day. I'm going to "carefully" hold my AVXL position until one of two end events happen: mine, when the shares go to my beneficiaries (my kids), or when Anavex goes bust and I can take a very small tax write-off for my loss.
