I think the 'gifting' Dr Boynton did makes these shares "open" to trade anytime, without board approval or paperwork, by the new owner, right? That is certainly something to wonder about.
I would love to see Dr. Bosch do the same gifting soon... and especially would love to see LP do it, but that would be too huge of a signal.
