My guess is this and FLCX merge at $9. Total share count outstanding becomes roughly 3 million.Yields resulting market cap of $27M

Total guess.

Dennis already said they had $18M in pre-sales. So $27M mC not frothy. But not sure how much we can believe from him. Not good track record for honesty.
