Any CEO (Baron) going "Limited" owes an explanation.

Yes many went Limited, because it's April 5th, and they either didn't file on time, or they didn't file something correctly. No excuses, they know the rules and need to follow them. They should also be proactive and inform us. Yes I know it's only 8:30am in California. Point is, we have a right to hear from the CEO today, and what he is doing to fix the problem, and when it will be remedied.

No excuses Baron. Please.
