OMG, you've found the smoking gun!

"vehicles that previously held LTIs on behalf of such vehicles or the beneficiaries thereof."
So certain vehicles HELD LTIs for the benefit of beneficiaries,does not it say that those LTIs were never issued to beneficiaries but HELD by those vehicles?.And these were original LTI's issued to note holders.

Who were the beneficiaries of those LTIs held by those vehicles?.Equity classes?.Probably.
