Punch the numbers on a spreadsheet.

Would it not be practical to assume anywhere from 10% to 20% increase in the share count - for various reasons, unless you are assuming that AVXL gets approval for AD this year?

To be practical, one could project a doubling of outstanding AVXL shares by the time blarcamesine gets approved for Alzheimer's. But I'm not practical. I stick with what my spreadsheet calculations present to me. At the end, like everyone else, I've got to choose what spreadsheet calculations appear to be the most likely or accurate.

Just make a series of adjacent columns. In the first column enter the sequence of increased share counts. Cell one should be 78,030,000, the current count. Then have each cell below increase that by a percentage; say, Cell 1 x 0.1, Cell 1 x 0.2; etc. Each cell increases the share count by an additional 10%. Extend those cells to whatever value you think will be in operation.

Actually, I've done all of that. With virtually any blarcamesine revenues, at any potential, larger share-count, I come out way ahead. For me, all worth waiting for.
