Remember those shares that were presented to investors at the conference they held last year. That, my friends, is my guess on what is holding this up. Those shares are going to be worth BANK shortly. And, I feel they are making sure those are properly converted before a flood of info hits the market. JMO, but this is going to absolutely explode at some point...
