Reason retail always ask why sell lower. It is free shares. Reason insider could dump from 01 to 001 without caring. This is what this form 4 is. CEO track record shown he has increased OS crazily last 12 months while still talking this clinical trial. In reality, there isn't anything. Just scroll thru their talking point. It is still basically same start up stage they were in 2 years ago.
