Based on brief dd…. I’m going to go out on

a limb and say this was an error by the

transfer agent….. why…. I quickly went back

to 2015 filings… and there was over 2.5 B

issued & outstanding in 2015.. today there

is 2.7 b issued & outstanding… a difference

of only about 150 M….. something doesn’t

add up.. still checking
