is busy with NDAs, etc…but all it takes is

a simple phone call…. To transfer agent or

one of those persons you mentioned…

Eg:” shareholders , I made a call , those 325

m shares will quickly become restricted

again, simply the 6 mth restriction lifted &

a new agreement needs to be signed “
