It is doubtful that LWLG would be forcing Silorix to work under an NDA, or vice versa.

What is more likely is that BOTH parties are subject to an NDA coming from an end buyer.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
