Why are you shocked? Koos has been doing the Pink Sheet two step for over ten years. Maybe 10 different tickers, most gone now,

He’s done all the classic carnival barker sales tricks, including R/S, stock exchange, “dividend” of preferred shares, blah blah blah: and then he diluted the hell out of each ticket to oblivion.

No uplist, no buyout (he might announce a non binding LOI, but it will never materialize)

That doesn’t mean that good timing, and a well placed aspirational PR cannot result in a big gain. But the PPS will deflate almost instantly after that.
