WMB did not become a part of WMIH (now known as COOP). And, it's been stated in SEC filings that WMIIC had no assets and no operations.

So, it should be easy to come to a conclusion that because the WMILT has been dissolved that they apparently liquidated any/all remaining assets and made all appropriate distributions.

Question is what happened to all subsidiaries of WMI which were transferred to WMI LT?.
Dissolution is a starting point for any liquidating trust to open the original books and records.WMILT was dissolved and cancelled in Dec 2021 and continued winding up in 2022 too,proof was, deleting escrow markers in Feb 2022.Did WMILT liquidate the assets or consolidate?.
