You almost make this sound like he made a choice to let down his followers....
There was never any choice for him to make. It was always 'when' not 'if'. He kept it going as long as he possibly could, irrespective of who was being hurt and how.
He knew at the outset that Genviro would never work.What it took me until April to work out Berman knew in March.
Musho and The Bio Co told him as much in March 2020.

I 100% suspected this was a scam from the outset (based on Berman's established pattern of behavior) but it still took me a couple of weeks of digging and fathoming to confirm beyond any doubt whatsoever that he was spinning a total fabrication. Until that point, I had to allow for the possibility that I could be wrong. After all, Musho was and remains a credible Scientist and the BIO Co were not exactly idiots either. Turns out they agreed with me all along, and not Berman. And he simply stole some of their credibility to put a patina of plausibility on his complete fabrication. He put implied words in their mouths in his PRs, and sullied their reputations in doing so.

But by mid April 2020, within a couple of weeks of the first Genviro PRs, I knew with absolute certainty that Berman was full of it and his claims were completely false. His idea -in the form that he presented it - was completely unworkable! He could not have done what he claimed to have already done, because what he claimed to have already done was demonstrably Scientifically impossible.

And well he knew it. The advice Berman himself was getting (as shown in the earlier Court exhibits) from the absolute get go was that the whole genviro concept was fatally flawed. He knew even before I did that it was impossible.
This did not even slow him down, let alone cause him to reconsider. He want ahead and announced it as a fait accompli... 'technology perfected'.

His much later pivot to the marginally less demonstrably impossible (but still largely implausible!) saliva test was reactive to being 'found out' on the blood test as more and more knowledge about the nature of Covid seeped into the wider public consciousness and the obviousness of the flawed nature of his supposed blood measurement became readily apparent to a much wider base. The saliva test was always far more about trying to tunnel out of the trouble his very obvious lies has landed him in, and as a means to perpetuate a money making scam, than any serious attempt to 'help humanity' by developing a product for which - by then - any market need had been more than satisfied by the efforts of 'real' diagnostics companies.

It just shows the extent of his slipperiness. Pinning Berman down on anything was like nailing jello to the wall! And that suited him fine! And it remains the case to this day. Writing his own 'medical' submissions???
